JOB SUMMARY Responsible for setting up bars, maintaining proper inventory levels of product and supplies. Performs general cleaning duties and maintains guest services by assisting the bartenders with preparing garnishes, refilling ice wells, changing beer kegs, polishing glassware, and keeping the bar area neat and organized. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Prepares the bar for operational readiness by setting up and stocking the bar with liquor, ice, beer kegs, glassware, utensils, cocktail napkins, and garnishes. Maintains cleanliness of bar, glassware, utensils, counters, ashtray, and trash cans. Cleans spilled drinks, excess liquid, broken glass, etc., in a timely manner. Responsible for opening, cleaning new glass ware and stocking washed glass ware. Checks dishwashing specifications and maintains all established procedures. Responsible for assisting the bartenders with cleaning the bars at the end of the shift, removing liquor from the bars and returns it to designated liquor cages or storage areas. Provides friendly, courteous service to bartenders and wait staff. Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.
