About The Position

We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to the success of our bar operations. The Barback role is an integral part of our team, ensuring that our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Requirements

• While previous experience as a Barback is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and carry heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills are essential for a collaborative work environment
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive experience for our guests

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders by ensuring they have the necessary supplies and equipment
• Keep bar areas fully stocked with ice, glassware, garnishes, and other essential items throughout busy periods
• Maintain a clean and organized bar environment, including clearing empty glasses, cleaning spills, and disposing of waste
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and cooperation
