About The Position

Q CASINO + RESORT Barback BASIC FUNCTION Keep the bar areas stocked with supplies at all times. Make parcel deliveries to departments within the facility. ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS Reports to: Food & Beverage Manager Supervises: N/A HOURS OF WORK Sunday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Monday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wednesday - Off Thursday - Off Friday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Saturday 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Requirements

• No formal education required.
• Able to mix and create alcoholic drinks.
• Able to communicate with customers and co-workers.
• Ability to determine when to “cut-off” patrons who consume too much alcohol.
• Able to follow directions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling
• Reaching, Pushing, Pulling
• Walking for long periods of time.
• Standing for long periods of time.
• Repetitive motion movements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver supplies to bar area.
• Track bar supplies.
• Keep bar area stocked with supplies.
• Clean all bar areas during and after the end of shift.
• Check beer coolers.
• Prepare bar and storage areas for inventory.
• Act as back-up bartender.
• Assist with cleaning up of tables in restaurant area.
• Put away food & beverage deliveries on shift.
• Log in & distribute UPS & FedEx Packages on shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
