It is the responsibility of a barback to support bartenders by keeping the bar stocked, clean, and organized. They ensure that all necessary supplies (spirits, ice, glassware, garnishes) are readily available so bartenders can provide quick & efficient service to guests.. Responsibilities

• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers & other bar supplies.
• Refill ice bins and maintain clean glassware.
• Clean & organize bar areas during & after shifts.
• Dispose of trash & recycling regularly.
• Assist with bar setup and breakdown.
• Support bartenders through busy periods.
