About The Position

About Us Casa de Montecristo gives the adult cigar consumer the premier cigar experience, featuring large selections of premium cigars, modern lounges, walk-in humidors and full bars across the multiple locations in the United States. Overview The Barback is responsible for helping the bartender in the daily operation of the bar. Working days, nights, weekends, holidays.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of progressive experience in the bar industry or a related field required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, with all level of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service oriented manner.
• Approach all encounters with guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
• Replenish all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar during the shift.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar, refrigerators, and service areas of the bar in an organized manner.
• Assist in opening and closing side-work as assigned.
• Be responsible for receiving all liquor, beer and wine from storeroom in a daily basis.
• Assist in ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar or lounge areas
• Perform other duties as requested by management
