The menu features bistro classics, seasonal fare, and craft cocktails, offering a signature lively atmosphere that makes it a versatile setting for various occasions. The Barback position involves assisting bartenders throughout the shift, ensuring the bar is clean and well-stocked at all times, stocking the bar by switching out kegs, syrups, and preparing drink garnishes, washing glassware as needed, and taking out trash at the end of the night while ensuring the entire bar area is cleaned and ready for the next service.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders throughout the shift
• Ensure that the bar is clean and well stocked at all times
• Stock the bar by switching out kegs, syrups, and preparing drink garnishes
• Wash glassware as needed.
• Take out trash at the end of the night and make sure bar stools and the entire bar area is cleaned and ready for the next service.
