Position Summary The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is stocked, clean, and operating efficiently. This behind-the-scenes role is essential to smooth bar operations and customer satisfaction. The Barback replenishes supplies, clears glassware, and assists in maintaining a clean and organized work area. This role will pay an hourly rate of $13.00 and is tip eligible

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Excellent time management and teamwork skills
• Must meet minimum age requirements to work in establishments serving alcohol
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Stock bars with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, ice, glassware, and other supplies
• Remove trash, empty bus tubs, and keep bar area clean and organized
• Assist bartenders with restocking and setting up for service
• Clean and polish bar tools, glasses, and equipment
• Maintain knowledge of product locations and assist in inventory rotation
• Support bartenders during busy periods to ensure timely service
• Follow health and safety regulations at all times
• Other duties as assigned by the bartender or manager
