What you will have an opportunity to do: We’re looking for motivated, energetic Barbacks to support our legendary bar team at Jimmy B’s Beach Bar. At Jimmy B’s, Barbacks keep the flow going — stocking, supporting, and making sure our bartenders have everything they need to keep the good times rolling. Requirements

Previous barback or restaurant experience preferred (but willing to train the right person!)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Food Handler and Responsible Alcohol Service Certifications
Strong work ethic with a team-first attitude
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 75 lbs.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn behind-the-bar operations

Responsibilities

Stock and restock beer, liquor, wine, mixers, ice, and bar supplies
Keep bar areas clean, organized, and fully operational throughout service
Assist bartenders during peak volume to ensure fast, efficient service
Remove glassware, trash, and recycling promptly
Help maintain cleanliness and safety behind the bar
Follow all food safety, alcohol service, and sanitation standards
Assis with maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.
