Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Attend quarterly alcohol compliance training courses on-site Responsible for providing prompt, professional assistance to bartenders Support the goals of the cabana staff that services cabana and poolside customers Maintain a clean and safe work environment for customers and other employees Provide superior customer service to all customers in a polite and expedient manner Obtain knowledge of facility layout and amenities to assist customers Follow all park policies and procedures Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Applicants must be at least 18 years old One year (minimum) high volume experience preferred Reliability is a must, we will check all references Ability to communicate effectively with public, customers and staff members Be aware, attentive, energetic, work well with others, and accept guidance and supervision Energy and enthusiasm for long days Ability to work in extreme weather conditions while taking precautions, including hydration and sun-protection Physical Demands: Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods of time Must be able to lift, carry, move, and/or position items weighing up to or in excess of 25 pounds. Must be able to endure work environments of excessive heat Must follow guidelines on staying hydrated and properly eating before and during your shift
