About The Position

Bacco Restaurant & Bar at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville is our signature Italian dining destination, known for authentic cuisine, refined service, and a memorable guest experience. The Barback supports the bar team by ensuring bar areas are well-stocked, organized, and prepared for service. This role contributes to smooth beverage operations, timely service delivery, and overall guest satisfaction.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of food service or related experience.
Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.
Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Promptly clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner.
Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns.
Pick up food items from the kitchen, check for accuracy and quality, and deliver to guests as directed.
Stock side stations with linens, glassware, paper goods, and bar requisites, including beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.
Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas to maintain smooth bar operations.
Assist in preparing fruit and other beverage garnishes.
Assist with wine and beer orders, ensuring proper glassware is used.
Provide support with water refills and other guest service needs at the bar.
Work collaboratively and professionally with bartenders, servers, and supervisors to maintain seamless operations.
