About The Position

The Barback is responsible for assisting the bartender while performing barback duties. Duties include providing superior guest service while interacting with guests on the casino floor, provides relief assistance to bar staff when needed, stocks beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and dry goods and assists with keeping the bar area clean and presentable at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the department manager. FREE Gaming License ($155-$200)! Starts at $16.77/hr + tips and increases to the standard rate of $17.31/hr + tips at successful completion of 90-day orientation period. This full-time position features excellent employer-paid medical, dental, vision and life insurance benefits. Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required

Requirements

• Must have one year of food and beverage experience
• Must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must have the mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays
• All applicants must obtain a Class III A license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
• Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions.
