We are seeking an energetic and reliable Barback to join our team! In this role, you are the backbone of bar operations, ensuring bartenders have everything they need to deliver seamless service and unforgettable guest experiences. Your support keeps the bar running efficiently, safely, and professionally.

Requirements

• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Strong work ethic and guest-focused mindset.
• Current New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, and pull 30+ pounds.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar, service, and storage areas.
• Clean and polish glassware, tools, and bar equipment.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Anticipate service needs and proactively assist bartenders during busy shifts.
• Support opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive guest-focused attitude.
• Follow all company safety and service procedures.
