About The Position

Within the spirit of “Making People’s Dreams Come True”, this position is responsible for assisting bartenders with setup and restocking of bar huts as needed throughout the shift as well as breaking down and closing the bar huts.  This position is also responsible for delivering Raving Fans customer service to both internal and external customers.

Part Time, Onsite Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one (1) to three (3) months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must have the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• Time management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Problem solving skills and detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively.
• This position is subjected to The Villages Vehicle Safety Program and its policies as it requires the use of personal vehicles for company business.
• A valid Driver's License with a record acceptable to company standards is required for this position.
• Regularly required to lift and/or move up to twenty-five (25) pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with opening of bar huts
• Restock paper products as needed
• Restock liquor, wine, canned beer, and kegs of beer as needed
• Empty trash
• Assist bartenders with breakdown and closing of bar huts
• All other duties as assigned
