About The Position

The Beverage Server is responsible for serving in an excellent and timely manner, ensuring quality guest service and a favorable gaming experience. Requirements

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months of prior work experience as a cocktail server is preferred.
• Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky gaming/racing license.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for taking orders from patrons and returning these orders promptly.
• Keep the area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Responsible for performing 'responsible alcohol service' with regard to patron limitations and passing any/all responsible alcohol service training.
• Be able to use all bar equipment, cash registers, and Berg Beverage System.
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests.
• Other duties as assigned.
