About The Position
The Barback is responsible for stocking and re-stocking all bar inventories and supplies while maintaining the organization of the bar. This role assists bartenders and cocktail servers in all aspects of guest service, ensuring gracious hospitality through polite and courteous interactions with guests, team members, and supervisors.
