About The Position
The Restaurant Barback at House of Blues Las Vegas is responsible for the maintenance, stocking, and cleanliness of the bar, as well as all other functions that increase the efficiency and productivity of the bartending team. This role requires staying informed of current menu items, following special events guidelines, and handling side duties such as stocking ice bins and cleaning bar equipment. The position also involves ensuring responsible alcohol service and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
