About The Position

A Barback is the unsung hero behind every smooth-running bar-think of them as the bartender's right hand. This role is essential for maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of the bar, ensuring that bartenders have everything they need to serve customers effectively. The Barback is responsible for stocking and restocking supplies, supporting bartenders during service, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with opening and closing duties. Customer interaction is also a part of the job, as Barbacks may help run drinks or answer guest questions during busy periods.

Requirements

• Physical stamina-must be able to lift heavy items like kegs and cases
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of bar tools and drink ingredients is a plus
• Must meet the legal age requirement of 21 years of age and be able to obtain Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handlers Card.

Responsibilities

• Stocking & Restocking: Keep the bar fully supplied with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, napkins, and straws.
• Support Bartenders: Refill ice bins, change kegs, prep garnishes, and retrieve supplies during service.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Wipe down surfaces, collect dirty glassware, take out trash, and keep the bar area tidy.
• Opening & Closing Duties: Help set up the bar before service and assist with breakdown and cleaning at the end of the shift.
• Customer Interaction: Provide Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service and occasionally assist with running drinks or answering guest questions during busy periods.
