Requirements

• High volume bar operations experience
• Food/Bar Service experience as either a Runner or Bar Back in a high-volume environment
• Exceptional communication skills
• Sense of Urgency
• Time Management skills
• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards
• Critical thinking and decision making skills
• High School diploma

Responsibilities

• Perform bar maintenance duties according to Koko’s Bavarian service standards
• Perform Opening/Running/Closing duties according to Koko’s Bavarian Service Standards
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and polite manner
• Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift
• Keep all ice bins always parred to fullest levels
• Clean all spills immediately, use floor signs to caution guests and staff
• Put all trash and recyclable products in proper receptacles
• Keep current on all standard operating procedures
• Stay informed of current menu items and descriptions
• Follow private party service guidelines to ensure event success
• Assist bartenders as needed, keep them stocked at all times
• Follow all safety standards
• Required to occasionally work Special Events that are scheduled throughout the venue
