Self-starter able to prioritize and handle various tasks simultaneously.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and unexpected situations.
Proficiency required in reading, writing, and mathematics, in English.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. and to perform essential job functions such as standing, bending, reaching, gripping, climbing on a ladder, and walking long distance for long periods of time and the ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

Ensure there are always enough clean dishes, glasses, utensil, and equipment, especially during peak hours.
Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
Collect empty bottles and glasses.
Remove garbage regularly.
Sanitize the kitchen area, including the floor.
Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.
Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.
Restock liquor bottles.
Refill ice bins.
