About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in a front-line position directly dealing with people.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use touchscreen and keypad.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in assigned uniform.
• Maintain a professional, neat, well-groomed appearance.
• Utilize proper telephone etiquette and assist guests with requests.
• Advise guests of table availability and escort them to their seating.
• Acknowledge guests immediately upon arrival and use their names.
• Assign server stations and maintain proper server rotation.
• Utilize Open Table for tracking reservations and detailed notes.
• Seat guests, drop menus, and introduce the server by name.
• Ensure cleanliness of all areas, especially the entrance and podium.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere and work as a team with all associates.
