The Bartender is responsible for preparing, mixing, and serving alcoholic beverages, including beer, wine, and cocktails, to guests at Lagoon Amusement Park in accordance with Company policies and procedures. This role requires knowledge of standard cocktail recipes and the ability to prepare specialty cocktails offered within Lagoon’s private clubs, ensuring consistency, quality, and presentation standards. The Bartender must adhere to all state alcoholic beverage laws, food safety regulations, and Lagoon’s Responsible Alcohol Service plan while delivering a high level of guest service. This position maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary bar environment and contributes to an elevated guest experience within Lagoon’s premium and private club settings.
