Job Responsibilities: Greet all customers in a friendly manner Assist customers with food and drink purchases Thank customers for their patronage Mix and serve alcoholic beverages based on customer requests. Maintain a clean work area including sweep and debris within Bar Provide insight on Bar trends and identify new processes or food/drink creations Ensure we comply with all local, state and federal laws, policies and procedures (including ID Age verification) Assist and participate with Company marketing promotional events and programs as needed Essential Job Duties: Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for patrons Assessing bar patrons needs and preferences to make recommendations Provide an excellent dining/drinking experience for all patrons Restock and replenish bar area supplies Comply with all food and beverage regulations and health department codes Climb ladders to retrieve or place product on top shelves/coolers Balancing cash receipts to record sales Basic computer program knowledge All other job duties assigned
