Lead and supervise the bar team members, including scheduling shifts, training new employees, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide high quality customer service, handle complaints, and ensure positive experience for all guests. Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies, minimize waste and ensure product availability. Ensure the bar operates smoothly during shifts, ensure all transactions are entered in the POS system for integrity and recording product usage. Develop and implement promotional strategies. Be a great vendor partner.
