We are hiring a Bar Supervisor! The Bar Supervisor will completely direct the operational efforts and strategies of the bar outlet, supervising the entire bar staff as well as restaurant, lounge, banquet, and utility and sanitation associates. This role involves providing supervisory guidance, aid, and counsel for all bar associates, ensuring that all associates are trained to perform their job duties to the best of their abilities, including proper pouring and drink mixes. The Bar Supervisor will assist in writing schedules, evaluating associates, and directing all personnel, while maintaining open verbal and written communication between management and associates. The position also includes writing and presenting disciplinary action as needed, providing associates with the tools and equipment they need, and taking immediate action on problems encountered at the bar. The Bar Supervisor will participate in weekly BEO meetings with sales, weekly food and beverage meetings, and monthly beverage inventory, ensuring that all food served is of high quality and properly prepared according to recipe. Additionally, the Bar Supervisor will assist in establishing goals, standards, and objectives to enhance the organization's prestige and profitability, while ensuring compliance with food and liquor federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
