JOB SUMMARY To maintaining cleanliness of bars. To remove all trash, to sweep and mop floors, to remove mats to clean and remove any sticky products. To deep clean bars weekly to include wiping off bottles, cleaning countertops and walls, removing glass mats and cleaning all sticky surfaces, emptying cabinets and wiping down insides and returning products. HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY Responsible for stocking bars with liquor, beer, fruit, mixes, straws, napkins, ice, cleaning products all other products required in the day-to-day operation Assists bartenders as needed Keep records of inventory transfers Exemplify our core values, family style service, our mission and vision Exemplify our DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) culture Performs other job-related duties as assigned WHAT YOU WILL NEED Previous bar experience a plus Must be able to work in a fast paced physically demanding environment Ability to understand and comply with all department and company policies and procedures, rules, and regulations Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and guests Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English Must be able to obtain an alcohol awareness card High school education or equivalent preferred ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time Ability to push, pull, twist and lift up to 30 lbs. Work environment may include smoke and variable temperature, lighting and noise levels GUEST SERVICE (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL) STANDARDS: Employee is required to meet and deliver our core values, service standards, and family style service. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
