Pinyon, the newest concept from Hi Noon Hospitality, brings the coastal flavors and welcoming spirit of the Mediterranean to Old Town Scottsdale. Slated to open in fall 2025, the restaurant delivers vibrant, alfresco dining overlooking the park, complete with house made pita, open-flame grilled specialties, seasonal salads, crudos, spreads, and dips inspired by over 20 Mediterranean countries. The Bar Prep team plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in delivering a seamless, high-quality bar experience. Working early morning shifts, this position ensures the bar is fully prepped, stocked, and ready for service by executing all daily juice preparation, batching, and ingredient setup. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment and takes pride in precision, consistency, and supporting a high-performing bar team.
