As a Bar Porter, you will play a key role in keeping our beverage service running smoothly by ensuring our bars are fully stocked with glassware, condiments, beer, paper products, and everything else needed for seamless service.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of liquors and spirits

Responsibilities

• Stocking and serving assigned bars with glassware, drinks, condiments, and paper products
• Keeping bar areas clean and sanitized — including equipment, tools, fridges, counters, and floors
• Completing basic paperwork like bar transfers and stock deliveries
• Making sure coolers and storage areas are stocked with liquor, beer, and supplies — and placing orders when needed
• Setting up and breaking down portable bars for special events or locations
• Using proper delivery routes and elevators to restock different areas of the hotel
• Organizing storage rooms and pump rooms, and notifying management about missing or special-order items
