About The Position
It is the responsibility of the Bar porter to stock all glassware, condiments, beer, paper products and other necessary items needed for efficient operation within beverage outlets while performing excellent guest service. All duties are to be performed in accordance with federal, state, local laws, regulations, and ordinances, as well as department and Company policies, practices, and procedures. In addition, this position may assist with similar duties within the Hotel Division. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company's brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. - Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).
