About The Position

We are a high-volume Sports Bar with National Recognition, providing the ultimate sports dining experience with WINGS, BEER, and SPORTS! The Bar Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the bar's operations, including managing staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring cleanliness, tracking sales, upholding customer service standards, and managing the bar's budget to deliver a profitable and positive experience for guests. They act as the leader of the bar team, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Hiring, training, and supervising bartenders and bar staff
• Scheduling staff shifts and assigning tasks
• Performance evaluations and coaching employees
• Addressing staff concerns and maintaining a positive work environment
• Managing liquor, beer, wine, and beverage inventory
• Ordering stock and maintaining proper par levels
• Performing regular inventory checks and identifying discrepancies
• Cost analysis and managing beverage costs
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards at the bar
• Resolving customer complaints and addressing issues promptly
• Building rapport with regular customers and promoting repeat business
• Tracking bar sales and revenue
• Monitoring expenses and adhering to budget constraints
• Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards at the bar
• Ensuring compliance with liquor laws and regulations
• Overseeing bar maintenance and equipment repairs
• Planning and executing special events at the bar
• Implement marketing strategies to promote the bar
• Implementing new beverages and seasonal cocktails
