About The Position

Requirements

• Proven experience in food service management or as a Bar Manager in a casual dining or quick-service fast food restaurant setting.
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management related to bar operations.
• Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
• Familiarity with banquet services is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact positively with guests and staff alike.
• A passion for creating memorable dining experiences through exceptional beverage offerings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all bar operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement creative drink menus that align with seasonal offerings and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Manage budgeting for bar supplies and labor costs while optimizing profitability.
• Train and mentor bar staff on food preparation techniques, cocktail recipes, and customer service standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food pairings and banquet services.
• Monitor team performance, providing feedback and support to foster a positive work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
