Responsibilities include curating an outstanding selection of cocktails, wine, and spirits, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality. This role requires a dedicated leader with a passion for exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Who You Are: Someone with a strong understanding of guest preferences and current beverage trends. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for delivering high-quality service and creating memorable guest experiences. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years Food & Beverage leadership experience, to include effective leadership, organizational and communication skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of mixology, cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and up-scale food service operations.
  • Certification as Food Service Manager or other as required by State County or Local regulations or ability to obtain such certification.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally and written with team members, leaders and guests required.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily bar operations team ensuring a smooth and efficient guest experience.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise servers, bar staff, including bartenders and barbacks, ensuring high service standards are maintained.
  • Execute the preparation, presentation, and service of food, beverages, including specialty cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
  • Collaborate with culinary and mixology teams to update menus, staying current with trends and guest preferences while maintaining compliance with corporate beverage program.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Create a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the guest experience, working to foster repeat business.
  • Oversee and facilitate special events or promotions hosted at the restaurant bar, such as happy hours, tastings, or themed nights.
  • Manage inventory control, including ordering, stock rotation, and waste reduction to ensure optimal cost management.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and work with vendors to source quality products at competitive prices, and ensure equipment is in good condition.
  • Implement responsible alcohol service policies, ensuring staff are trained in TIPS or equivalent programs.
  • Maintain reliability to support operational needs and perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals.
