Requirements

Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar leadership role within a bar or restaurant.
Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktails, and beverage service.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

TIPS or similar alcohol service certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the bar, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and quality assurance.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive bar menu, featuring signature cocktails and a selection of premium spirits and beverages.
Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff, ensuring they provide attentive and friendly service to guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
Oversee ordering and inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and minimizing wastage.
Create and update cocktail recipes and drink presentations, keeping up with industry trends and customer preferences.
Manage and troubleshoot any issues with bar equipment, such as dispensers and refrigeration units.
Work closely with the management team to develop promotional events, special offers, and marketing strategies to boost bar revenue.
Ensure compliance with all alcohol-related laws and regulations.
Foster a positive and collaborative bar team culture.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
Implement responsible alcohol service practices.
