About The Position

The Bar Manager manages the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals. Requirements

• A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required
• Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
• Great attitude and positive outlook
• Strong customer service
• Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
• Excellent oral communication skills required
• Relevant training or certificate
• Experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
• High School diploma/GED
• 2 + yearsworking as a bartender
