We’re looking for a Bar Manager who brings leadership, creativity, and hustle to keep the good times rolling.

Requirements

• Previous bar management or high-volume leadership experience
• A passion for hospitality, energy, and creating a fun atmosphere
• Strong leadership skills—you know how to motivate and hold a team accountable
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and current trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (this is when the fun happens!)

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of bartenders, servers and hosts to deliver unforgettable guest experiences
• Own the day-to-day bar operations across multiple outlets (indoor, patio, pool/social area, events)
• Create and execute seasonal drink menus, features, events, and promotions
• Drive revenue through smart scheduling, upselling, and cost control
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and service
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with all liquor laws and safety standards
• Be present on the floor—coaching, supporting, and setting the tone
