Requirements

  • Proven experience bartending and/or managing craft cocktail programs.
  • Knowledge of bar operations, including service flow, food safety, and health regulations, preferably in a fine-dining or high-end hospitality setting.
  • Proven ability to lead, support, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong communication skills for working with staff, guests, and management.
  • Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues while ensuring standards are met.
  • Effective at multitasking without compromising quality.
  • Required food and alcohol certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Craft Beverage Mastery: Prepare cocktails and beverages according to recipes, offering recommendations and explaining ingredients, techniques, or origins of cocktails.
  • Lead & Inspire the Bar Team: Manage daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and high-quality drinks, providing leadership, training, and mentorship to bar staff all while ensuring consistency and excellence.
  • Preserve High Standards: Ensure all drinks meet the quality standards and recipe accuracy of the craft cocktail program as set by the Beverage Director.
  • Financial & Inventory Management: Monitor beverage costs, analyze sales and inventory data, and conduct regular audits to ensure profitability. Oversee inventory ordering and stocking to maintain optimal supply while minimizing waste and reducing losses.
  • Guest Experience Excellence: Deliver exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest receives personalized, friendly service. Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly to guarantee a memorable experience.
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with the corporate and management team to ensure bar operations align with business goals, promotional strategies, and guest satisfaction targets.
