The Bar Manager oversees the daily operations of all bars of the Hotel. This position is responsible for monitoring, ordering and controlling beer and liquor costs for all restaurants of the Hotel. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining financial profitability and a high service level for the guests. This role reports to the Restaurant General Manager. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
