About The Position

The Bar Host (Anfitrión del Bar) is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to Guests and beverage servers in compliance with all Company and health department standards and policies. Duties include food service, extensive beverage preparation, and Wildcard signups with a high Guest Service emphasis for the assigned outlet while maintaining proper health standards and a safe work environment. The Bar Host is also responsible for processing transactions using the Company's P.O.S. system and is accountable for any cash variances. Additionally, the Bar Host ensures that the bar remains stocked, with no product overages or shortages.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 21.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to obtain all required work cards and Gaming Registration.
• Knowledge of wines and spirits.
• Experience in cash handling.
• Understanding of classes of alcohol, glasses, brand names, drink recipes, garnishments, and soda, juice, and liquor guns.
