About The Position

We’re looking for a reliable and energetic Bar Helper to support our Night Club and ensure a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment. As a key member of the team, you’ll help maintain the flow behind the scenes so our bartenders can deliver exceptional service to guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or bar support preferred but not required
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Ability to frequently push or pull 75 pounds.
Ability to continuously stand and maneuver in confined areas.
Ability to continually stand and/or walk entire shift.
Ability to work in hot or cold environment.
Excellent teamwork and communications skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume casino environment.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Maintains cleanliness of bar areas, including counters, floors, sinks and glassware.
Restock supplies such as ice, garnishes, napkins and glassware throughout service.
Assist bartenders with set up and breakdown of bar stations.
Remove trash and recyclables regularly and safely.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Help receive and organize bar deliveries and inventory.
Occasionally assist with basic drink prep under supervision.
Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment.
Checks expiration dates and rotate product as needed.
Set up sanitizing buckets in each station.
Assists with deep cleaning, as well as cleaning and maintaining all equipment and coolers.
Support bartenders during busy periods with basic prep and restocking.
Follows outlet policies and procedures for operational flow in each bar area.
