The Bar/Beverage Supervisor coordinates and oversees the planning and execution of all beverage services within the Food & Beverage department. The primary function of this role is to provide control and oversight over the preparation of alcoholic beverages for all stadium events. This position will provide beverage quality control and consistency, promote efficiency, and abide by sanitation practices. This is a hands-on position and will require physically setting up bars and bar coolers, setting up backup beverage stations, and lifting beverage equipment. This position would also support our Food & Beverage Department with opening or closing Concessions stands, supervising Concessions, and preparing for Concessions events. It is the goal for this position to provide consistency, quality, innovation, and training within our beverage programs.
