What We’re Looking For : An experienced beverage service professional focused on creating exceptional guest experiences, expertly crafting signature cocktails and serving beverages with precision and flair. This role requires a blend of creativity, strong customer engagement skills, and meticulous attention to detail to maintain a vibrant and welcoming bar atmosphere. Working collaboratively with a dynamic team, the Bartender ensures a seamless, enjoyable, and memorable experience for every guest. Requirements

Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required, with bartending experience highly preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of alcoholic beverages, cocktail recipes, preparation techniques, appropriate glassware, and bar equipment, including knowledge of legal regulations for alcohol service (TIPS certification or ability to obtain is required).
Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
Basic proficiency with computer systems for order processing and inventory tracking.
Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks according to recipes and guest preferences.
Create and recommend unique cocktails tailored to guest tastes.
Ensure all drinks meet the highest quality presentation standards.
Greet and engage guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude, and providing personalized service.
Take drink orders from guests and servers, answering inquiries about menu options.
Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Set up the bar at the beginning of each shift, ensuring that all equipment, garnishes, and supplies are ready for service.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including cleaning glassware, surfaces, and waste disposal.
Monitor and report inventory levels for beverages, garnishes, and supplies to avoid shortages.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations, including verifying guest identification.
Monitor guest alcohol consumption and enforce responsible service practices.
Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
Collaborate with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
Assist with restocking supplies and supporting barback duties during busy periods.
Foster a positive team environment while delivering exceptional service.
