Requirements

Must have night, weekend and holiday availability
Must have courteous phone skills and the ability to take accurate messages

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED a preferred, not required
Previous Bar back experience preferred

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Support bartenders by restocking liquor, beer, wine, ice, garnishes, glassware, and supplies throughout the shift.
Maintain clean and organized bar stations, wiping surfaces, removing trash, and keeping backup product prepped.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations while handling food and beverages.
Change kegs when required
Remove empty glasses and bottles from the tables and outside the bar
Re-stock garnishes and mixes
Run food items to the bar as needed
Maintain clean rags in each bartender’s station
