About The Position
As the bartenders’ extra set of hands, your job as bar-back is to support anything and everything behind the bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining stock, assisting during service and providing go-to support for all your bartenders' needs. - Transport glass racks and cases up to 25lbs
- Mobility throughout the shift and high endurance is a must
Responsibilities
- Ensuring our dining room, bar, lobby, and service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing.
- Assisting our Bartenders in clearing the bar top, cleaning the barware, restocking glassware, plateware, replenish and rotate wines and top shelf liquor.
- Ensure beer taps are working properly and change out kegs as needed to keep our beers on tap fresh!
