About The Position

Requirements

Six months experience in the beverage field is preferred.
Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license, Kansas City, Missouri liquor permit, and TiPS certification.
Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
Appropriately use all bar equipment, electronic cash register, Micros system, and credit card machine.
Knowledge of C0 gauges.
Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations.
Effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressure

Responsibilities

Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times
Stock bar items daily.
Fill ice bins as needed.
Perform general bus person duties, to include bussing and cleaning tables
Assume duties of Bartender, and/or Beverage Server during breaks.
Replace bottles on bar system; replace juices and beer kegs on line.
Empty bar garbage and mop bar floors.
Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's Kansas City Casino and departmental management.
Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.
