About The Position

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the stocking, replenishing and cleanliness of beverage bars and stations in accordance with CCCH & department standards. Position requires working in an environment where smoking is permitted. Must be comfortable with exposure to smoke while performing job duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Specific areas of responsibility including, but not limited to: Assist in putting away weekly orders and proper storage and rotation of all products. This includes keeping the dry storage area free and clear of cardboard boxes and trash. Responsible for cleaning & maintenance of beverage stations & equipment in accordance with Health department regulations and department standards. Stock, replenish and clean all work areas, including changing kegs, CO2 tanks, and soda bibs. Assist in all beverage venues as directed. Complete opening and closing side-work duties according to department standards. Maintain knowledge of current CCCH & department special events and promotions. Maintain knowledge of venue hours, beverage menus, and all beverage products. Maintain professional, friendly mannerisms with guests and fellow Team Members. Perform other duties as directed.

Requirements

  • Must have the ability to plan and be well organized.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-task as needed.
  • Must have or obtain valid Title 4 and Alcohol Awareness certification upon hire.
  • Must have or obtain valid Food Handlers’ certification upon hire.
  • Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
  • Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
  • Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
  • Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.
