About The Position

PORT MADISON ENTERPRISES SUQUAMISH CLEARWATER CASINO RESORT F&B- Bar Back General Position Summary: Assists bartender with set-up, stocking, mixing drinks and general cleaning. Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities: Mixes drinks. Check and stock supplies during shift. Washes and stocks glassware and utensils. Provide excellent guest service. Secondary Functions: Acts as backup bartender as needed. Other duties deemed necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of Food and Beverage experience.
• TIPS training
• Health Card
• Excellent communications skills.
• Able to work in a busy atmosphere.
• Cash transaction experience.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift 50 lb. while standing, twisting, or bending.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Manual and finger dexterity for operation of cash register and routine paperwork.
