About The Position

Responsible for assisting Bartender in maintaining a clean and stocked bar including suppling beer, wine, liquor, cocktail mixers, garnishes, utensils, and clean glassware. Must be efficient and able to prepare bar area in advance to ensure smooth beverage service. Also responsible for upholding company safety and sanitation policies.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be at least 18

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant/bar experience preferred
• Knowledge of alcoholic beverages

Responsibilities

• Stocking beer (canned, bottled and kegs), wine, liquor, cocktail mixers, and utensils
• Assist with preparing and storing cocktail garnishes and cocktail mixers
• Wash glassware and return to proper stored location behind bar
• Maintain an orderly and sanitary service area including sweeping, mopping, changing trash, and sanitizing high touch points in prep and service areas
• Other duties as assigned by management
