About The Position

BAR BACK Keep the bar and storage areas clean and stocked by demonstrating outstanding energy, urgency and attention to detail BARTENDER Have knowledge of spirits/beer/wine, the ability to maintain an appealing and Guest-ready bar area and have outstanding service ability 1+ years of bartending experience strongly preferred BAY HOST / SERVER We call our servers Bay Hosts because they host our Guests in the hitting bays Have knowledge of the menu and the ability to serve with outstanding attention to detail 1+ years of serving experience strongly preferred, not required GOLF SERVICES Assist them in enjoying the fun and excitement of the game of Topgolf Use the game and bay assignment systems so Guests are quickly able to begin their games SUPPORT (FOOD RUNNER, DRINK RUNNER, BUSSER) Keep bays and service areas cleared off and clean by demonstrating outstanding attention to detail Deliver cold, freshly poured drinks to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency Deliver hot, freshly prepared food to Guests by demonstrating outstanding energy and urgency Service Support- Job Responsibilities Greet every Player you encounter in a friendly and approachable manner Show flexibility by assisting the team in caring for Players in whatever way is needed Protect our Players and community by observing the rules of responsible alcohol service Ensure Player safety while they play the game Take pride in ensuring food items are delivered quickly so hot food remains hot, cold food and drinks remain cold, and all offerings arrive to the bay fresh and appetizing Ensure beverages are delivered quickly so they remain cold and fresh. Serve Players while observing our service standards and ensure they have everything they need to enjoy their meal Keep common areas and beverage stations clean, organized, sanitized and well stocked Arranges table settings and folds napkins according to restaurant standard. Clears, cleans, and sanitizes bays and tables. Busses dishes, utensils, food service vessels, and other containers and returns to the appropriate dish washing area in the kitchen area. Maintain beverage station inventory to designated par levels Prepare mixed non-alcoholic beverages according to brand recipe standards May be asked to rotate between beverage station or moving throughout the venue to support the team on the tee line Engage with Players and ensure they are well always cared for Always maintains a keen eye for cleanliness to keep the venue looking polished Keep smiling, make eye contact and maintain positive body language Performs other related duties as assigned Bay Host- Job Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests to the bays, providing information about Topgolf offerings. Take and deliver food and beverage orders to guests in a timely and accurate manner. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the bay areas, including clearing tables and picking up golf balls. Assist guests with bay setup and provide instructions on how to use Topgolf technology. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns with a high level of professionalism. Comply with safety and health regulations at all times. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Bartender- Job Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware. Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements. Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns. Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times. Handle cash and process payments accurately. Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment. Golf Services Associate- Job Responsibilities Welcome and assist players with check-in and reservations. Provide information about the venue, gameplay, and promotions. Help with golf clubs and equipment. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of venue. Offer retail items to guests, and keep retail area stocked and organized. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests. Give guests game demonstrations and enforce safety guidelines. Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team. Basic computer skills for reservations and check-in.
