About The Position

Assists bartenders by carrying supplies to bars, maintain appropriate levels of basement cleanliness and aid co-workers and members.

Requirements

• Grade school, High school or College student.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Heavy lifting, reaching, bending, stooping. Ability to go up and down stairs and stand for periods of time.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions.
• Exposure to cleaning agents.

Responsibilities

• Carries liquor, soda, ice, paper products and other supplies from the basement as required.
• Unpacks bar supplies and places on shelves in the basement.
• Assists bartenders in setting up and taking down portable bars.
• Cuts citrus and perform other bar prep as requested by bartender.
• Provides input on bar supply needs.
• Maintain proper levels of cleanliness in the basement, including coolers, walkways and all bar areas.
• Keep the bar clean and organized. Sweep floor when needed.
• Washes glassware by hand or loads glasswasher and polish wine glasses as requested.
• Interacts in a positive and cooperative manner with members, Board of Directors, guests, co-workers and Managers.
• Portrays a positive image for the Club by dressing appropriately for the position.
• Maintains a safe work environment for self and others.
• Maintains appropriate levels in the areas of daily attendance, initiative and productivity.
• Performs all other related duties as assigned.
• Operates the Bar Cart appropriately.
