About The Position

Working as a Concessions and Bar Manager, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for the concessions and bar services. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the beverage offered to the clients is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Requirements

Two to four years concession and bar management experience is required
Comprehensive food and wine knowledge. Applicant should be well versed on food and wine pairings
Requires operations management experience with purchasing knowledge
Excellent communication and computer skills are needed, including knowledge of MS Office products
ServSafe and TABC Certification Required

Nice To Haves

Minimum of Associate's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, preparation, and execution of each service
Communicate daily expectations for each service to team members
Assist with event preparation, including setup coordination and opening procedures
Ensure concession stations adhere to company policies and sanitation protocols
Achieve sales goals as outlined in the client's contract and guidelines
Implement brand strategies and enhance show quality according to company standards
Maintain excellent relationships with employees, guests, clients, and other departments
