The position involves setting up and tearing down for all meeting and catered functions according to BEO specifications, which includes arranging tables, chairs, and audio-visual equipment. The individual will ensure that meeting rooms and prefunction areas are cleaned daily and will assist in the execution of banquet operations before, during, and after events. The role requires maintaining a good rapport with other departments and reporting any equipment repair needs or safety concerns to the Banquet Supervisor.
